The European Data Space for Smart Communities (DS4SSCC-DEP) provides tangible technical and non-technical resources for communities to launch a cross-sectorial data-sharing initiative. The project published its blueprint that includes elements for multi-stakeholder governance as well as technical building blocks accompanied by a list of specifications and recommendations, a high-level architecture and a cookbook. Currently, the project receives applications to realise smart city data spaces and ultimately be part of the European data space for communities.
