Martine Delannoy is a leading expert in urban innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development. With over 18 years of experience in pioneering smart city solutions, she has become a prominent voice in the field of future cities, focusing on the intersection of technology, sustainability, and human-centered design.
Since 2022, Martine has served as a Smart & Sustainable Cities & Communities Advisor and EU Project Developer at Digitaal Vlaanderen, where she plays a key role in advancing EU-focused initiatives. Her work includes developing an integrated EU cell, co-creating joint EU proposals, and monitoring and contributing to significant EU initiatives involving regions, such as EDIC, EDIH, and TEF. She also acts as a radar for identifying and promoting EU best practices.
